Discrepancy in Delivered Products

If the products delivered do not match your order, we will facilitate a return or replacement.

Expired or Near Expiry Products

Products nearing expiration, particularly medicines with less than a three-month validity, will be considered for return or exchange.

Damaged Products During Delivery

Damaged products during delivery or transit can be replaced within 7 days of receiving the order. Please refrain from accepting any product with a tampered or damaged seal.

Return Policy

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Incorrectly ordered products do not qualify for return.
  • The batch number of the product or medicine being returned should match the one mentioned on the invoice.
  • Returned products must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging, including original price tags, labels, barcodes, and the invoice.
  • Only fully unopened or sealed medicines qualify for return; partially consumed medicines are not eligible.

Order Cancellation

You can request the cancellation of your order before it has been shipped or fulfilled. To cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@aimayurveda.com, with your order details and the reason for cancellation. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already been shipped or fulfilled.
